Illinois legislators won an injunction order, which challenged home epidemic prevention in the state.

In Illinois, Governor Pritzker issued a home epidemic prevention order to prevent the spread of the epidemic. A state lawmaker won a court injunction on Monday, which may cause more legal challenges.

Republican Illinois Bailey filed a lawsuit last week and pointed out that Democratic Governor Pritzker issued a home epidemic prevention order on March 20, and then extended the order to the end of May, which is beyond the authority of the governor.

On Monday afternoon, Judge McHani of the Clay County Circuit Court issued a temporary injunction to prevent Pritzker from forcing Bailey to stay in isolation at home.

Pritzker indicated that he would appeal, because Bailey’s move insulted 1983 people who died in the state of the epidemic.
